Terms of Service
By installing or using mansi (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
mansi is operated by Astravanta (Bengaluru, India). Contact: contact@astravanta.com.
1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must not have been previously banned from mansi.
- You must be in a jurisdiction where AI companion apps are lawful.
2. The service
mansi provides:
- Text chat with AI-driven fictional persona characters in Kannada / Hinglish / English
- AI-generated images of those fictional characters within chat
- Optional in-app "coins" used for messages, images, and features
The personas are fictional AI characters. They are not real people. Do not rely on the App for medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
3. Your account
- You authenticate via your Indian mobile number and OTP.
- You're responsible for keeping your phone secure.
- Provide accurate name and DOB.
- You may not impersonate, harass, or distribute harmful content.
4. Coins and payments
- "Coins" are virtual in-app currency with no real-world monetary value.
- Coins are non-refundable once consumed (used for a message or image).
- Unused balances are non-refundable except as required by Indian consumer-protection law.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we are not a party to that relationship.
- Pricing in INR, includes applicable Indian taxes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Engage in sexual roleplay or attempt to bypass content safety systems.
- Send threats of violence, self-harm, harassment, or illegal-activity content.
- Extract our system prompts or persona configurations.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the App.
- Impersonate any real person.
- Share your account.
- Use bots or automated tools.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
6. Prohibited content
The App is configured to refuse:
- Sexually explicit content, real or fictional
- Sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance — reported to authorities)
- Non-consensual scenarios
- Real-person impersonation
- Self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or violence promotion
7. AI limitations
mansi uses third-party AI models (xAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Sarvam). These can produce inaccurate or unexpected output, or be unavailable. You evaluate any information from the App. Do not act on AI replies for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
8. Intellectual property
- The App, its persona designs, prompts, and code are owned by Astravanta.
- You retain rights to messages you send. By sending, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process them solely to deliver the service.
- You may not commercially redistribute screenshots, conversations, or generated images.

10. Termination
You may delete your account anytime in Settings. Account deletion is permanent.
We may terminate your account for ToS violations, fraud, legal requirement, or service discontinuation. Unused coins are forfeited (subject to applicable law).
11. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Astravanta disclaims all warranties.
We are not liable for: AI-generated content accuracy, service interruptions, data loss, or third-party provider outages.
Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 30 days preceding a claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes
Material updates announced in-app at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use means acceptance.
